Attorney Joshua G. Davis contributes his success in the law to having a strong grasp of each of
his clients’ case facts and a strong sense of faith. He appreciates the individuality of each of his clients’
stories and recognizes that it takes faith to wage litigation against what often appears to be legal
goliaths standing in the way of his clients’ victory. That is why he aims to be his client’s Sword & Shield
of the Law, which is a direct correlation to Ephesians 6: 16-17.

Attorney Davis has represented and counseled hundreds, in matters that range from eviction to
personal injuries involving physical impairments. In turn, he has helped hundreds avoid foreclosure and
eviction and gained his clients hundreds of thousands of dollars in damages for their injuries. Further,
attorney Davis is committed to community activism and education, as he works with Occupy Our Homes
Atlanta to equip homeowners with vital knowledge to navigate homeownership.

Attorney Davis hails from Detroit, Michigan, but became an adopted son of the City of Atlanta
when he first enrolled at Morehouse College. It was his training at Morehouse that aided in Attorney
Davis’ vision to seek social justice through the law, as many of Morehouse’s esteemed alum had done in
the past. Therefore, when it came to decide on what law school to attend, Howard University School of
Law was the obvious choice. Attorney Davis sought the opportunity to study where Supreme Court
Justice Thurgood Marshall honed his skills of the law. During his tenure at Howard University, Attorney

Davis was apart of the Huver I. Brown Trial Advocacy Moot Court Team and competed nationally in trail

Attorney Davis is married and has a one year-old daughter. He is a resident of DeKalb County
Georgia and is member of Ray of Hope Christian Church. Attorney Davis enjoys nothing more than
seeing the joys on his clients’ faces when the Court renders a verdict in their favor.
